"We started with the Walker Group in their quick start program. In just over 90 days we had entirely new, improved messaging targeted at our core customer base and their decision makers. Since then we have extended our relationship into the implementation phase with a new web site and new sales tools. The feedback from the market place to date has been exciting. By involving people from all areas of our business, the new messaging helped not only in our marketing, but in refreshing a company culture around our customers and the importance of our services to them.”

Rich Scardina, CEO, Millennium Pharmacy Systems

"We hired The Walker Group because we valued their strategic go-to-market expertise and also needed incremental marketing resources that could be productive right away. The Walker Group extended our in-house expertise and helped us become better positioned in the market for a successful exit"

Chuck Teubner, CEO, e-Security, Inc. (Acquired by Novell)

e-Security is the leading provider of security information management and compliance monitoring solutions. Hired by e-Security CEO Chuck Teubner in September 2005, The Walker team led e-Security's corporate messaging initiative to reposition the company from its legacy security infrastructure messaging to a business-oriented message focused on driving regulatory compliance through effective security information management. The management team viewed this effort as a great success, helping the company to better position its unique value to urgent buyer need. E-Security was acquired by Novell in 2006.

"The Walker Group effectively repositioned Trust Digital in the marketplace and implemented a no-nonsense marketing plan that continues to produce strong results. The efforts of the Walker team were instrumental in helping Trust Digital secure its Series B round of $11 million."

Nick Magliato, CEO of Trust Digital

In late 2004, enterprise mobile security software company Trust Digital brought on a new management team to facilitate business growth. The Walker Group was enlisted to assist in revamping the corporate messaging and positioning, develop a corporate marketing plan, and own execution and measurement of the marketing function. The Walker team overhauled the company’s corporate and product messaging and fundamentally repositioned Trust Digital as a data security provider rather than a device security play. Industry analyst firm Gartner embraced this new vision and strategy, elevating Trust Digital from a minor niche player to the most visionary vendor in the marketplace, as published in the 2005 Mobile Data Protection Magic Quadrant.

While managing Trust Digital’s corporate communications function through 2007, the Walker team posted numerous high-profile public relations wins, including an appearance by CEO Nick Magliato on CNN's Wolf Blitzer Reports and Anderson Cooper 360 segments. Print media wins included features in The Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, The Washington Post, and InformationWeek.

In the fall of 2006, The Walker Group created and launched a marketing strategy that evolved into a major global news story. Media saturation of the story was massive — thousands of newspapers worldwide ran the story, including every major daily. And, more than 300 different television news outlets around the world featured the story.
