Chris Walker

For the past 20 years, Chris Walker has provided strategic counsel and driven numerous successful programs for many legislative and executive branch stakeholders. As Director of Message within the Office of Legislative Affairs at the Clinton White House, Chris helped formulate and execute the President’s communications strategy for key legislative priorities including NAFTA, MFN for China, the TeleCom Act of 1996, and Campaign Finance Reform.

Chris founded The Walker Group in 2005.

Chris is a graduate of Duke University. He and his family reside in Washington, DC.

Seth Lucash

Seth LucashDuring his 20-plus year career, Seth Lucash has worked for several companies that provided services to the US Air Force, Army, and Navy, the CIA, Department of Homeland Security, NASA, The US Treasury, the Department of Energy, the National Institutes of Health, and many others. Seth is an experienced sales and marketing executive and has developed, managed, and executed a broad range of marketing and business development strategies and programs that have lead to several companies being successfully acquired.

Seth graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in management and did his graduate studies at Rice University in organizational development. He and his family currently reside in Maryland.

Scott Byrnes

Scott ByrnesDuring his 15-plus year career, Scott Byrnes has worked for companies that provided services to the US Army, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Labor, Department of Veterans Affairs, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and many others. Scott is a seasoned sales and marketing executive who has continually demonstrated results in developing, managing, and executing marketing and sales strategies, leading to a successful IPO, and a track record of growth.

Scott graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in finance and marketing. He currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife and two children.
